| Villa Marina is a typical local 2-storey villa with domed ceilings, renovated and furnished in modern style with some antique furniture in the village of Praiano.
It is located in Vettica Maggiore in a very panoramic and quiet point. Amenities like shops, bars or restaurants are reachable in a few minutes on foot The Villa has an 100 square meter terrace and from 2 bedrooms access to a balcony with a view of the sea.
On the Ground Floor you find a large living room with satellite tv, a sitting corner with fireplace, a dining zone with table for six people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a small bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, one bathroom with tub and 1 bathroom with shower.
The nearest beach is La Gavitella down flights of steps for about 500 meters, or if you take the car you can go to the bay at Marina de Praia about 1,5 km away where there are several restaurants and shops.
