Praiano: Villa for rent Casa Marilisa

Casa Marilisa is a fascinating apartment at the first floor, from which you will enjoy an astonishing view of the sea and the entire coast of Amalfi. It is a 70 square meters with air conditioning and a nice private terrace equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella in order to recreate the right ambience for relaxing and enjoy the panorama. The living room is cozy and well furnished with a sofa that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate six guests and you will find a television. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven , a refrigerator and two coffee maker (one Italian style and one American style), there is also a table for six guests. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtube with fixed shower head and a washing machine. From the corridor, you will be able to enter the bedroom with a matrimonial bed and an air conditioning unit. You can reach the house from an external stairway of approximately 35 steps. Casa Marilisa is in the centre of the historic town of Praiano where you will find all amenities: grocery stores, restaurants, bars, shops and the stop for the local bus. At roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) you will find the nearest beach and this is one of the reason why you don't need a car to stay here, even because it will be so difficult to find a parking space along the public road, especially during high season. A few step from the apartment, along the pedestrian precinct you will find a lovely small round square in the typical Amalfi style with a characteristic drinking fountain, pretty plants, coloured flowers and of course the breathtaking view of the sea and the coastline.
