Villa Santacroce 2 is situated in the charming town of Praiano and can be reached, from the main road, by walking for around 50 m along the town’s characteristic alleyways. It is an ancient 2-storey villa, with dome vaults and a characteristic courtyard. The apartment on the ground floor is bright and spacious and offer breathtaking views of the sea as well as Positano, the Faraglioni of Capri and the legendary Li Galli islands. It has ots own independent entrance. A stairway of about 500 meters leads down from the villa to the beautiful La Gavitella beach. The property is composed of a large living room terracotta paved with satellite tv, internet wi-fi, fireplace and dining zone with access to the panoramic garden with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower. Villa Santacroce 2 has a private outdoor area which is fully equipped for outdoor meals with table, chairs and deck chairs taking a bath in the sun overlooking the garden and admiring marvellous sea view. This villa is the ideal location for everyone who wants to enjoy the quiet, the silence and the fragrances of the typical Amalfi Coast landscapes. The position of the house is really favourable, infact it is close to shops, restaurants and the bus stop. Praiano is an excellent location from which for visiting the whole Amalfi Coast. Positano (7 km), Amalfi (9 km), Ravello (15 km) and others can be reached easily by the the frequent and economic public transport.
