The villa, recently renovated, is part of a large terracing overlooks the sea. It has a fantastic private swimming pool. Adiacent the garden there is a balcony where you can have a barbecue with your friends. The furnishings is ancient and the villa is well-equipped with dishwasher, washing-machine, TV, air-conditioning. From the principal road there is a direct access by car and in the garage there are three spaces parking. The villa is made up of three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, another one with sauna and the third one with hydromassage tub, large living-room with dining-area, beautiful kitchen and laundry room. The nearby beaches are La Praia and Positano. We offer, included in the price, a service of American breakfast. Upon request a cook is at your disposal against payment. |
