Sorrento

Sorrento is situated in the south province of Naples, on the north-west side of the peninsula. Thanks to its position and its climate it is really fascinating. The territory of the coast is divided in two parts: the calcareous one of Vico Equense, characterized by big projections, and the tufaceous one of Piano di Sorrento, where the coasts go down to the sea more sweetly. The landscape of the coast is also riched of mountains: Lattari, Faito, San Costanzo. They offer an alternative for those who prefer to breath the air of mountains.
