Pastiera is a dessert that hardly misses from a meal on the Easter day, in the Partenopean tradition. Symbol of spring, it has particular ingredients that make it unmistakable: water of orange flowers, cooked wheat, ricotta italian cheese, candid fruit and classic pastry.
